The Rock Shop was tasked with creating an officially licensed stage adaptation for Paddington Bear, utilizing puppets and clever hand props. Subsequently, The Rock Shop constructed puppets for a filmed Christmas special.

Paddington Gets in a Jam debuted in 2019 to critical acclaim and continued to be performed through sit-downs and tours for the next four years in multiple territories. The production was nominated for Best Puppetry and Best Family Show at the Drama Desk and OBA awards. Studio Canal also commissioned a filmed Christmas special Paddington Saves Christmas using the same puppet designs which were modified for the screen.
